Hamilton foodies will be springing into a new culinary season when they take part in a food-filled celebration that will be held in the city this May.
The Hamilton Food and Drink Fest will be paying tribute to a diverse group of members of the area’s food service community, and it will include everything from snacks and light bites to fine dining. The food will be paired with an assortment of Ontario VQA wines, as well as those produced further afield, and spirits, craft beers and ciders will be on offer as well.
While the guests at the function enjoy sampling all that is on offer, they will be able to meet local chefs and other industry insiders. Food trucks will be parked at the venue, and live music, cookery demonstrations and lots of other fun are all on the agenda.
