Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra invites diners to take centre stage

This spring, the Hamilton Philharmonic Orchestra will be presenting a special evening of music, food and fundraising to support its outreach and education programs in the community.

Dine in the Spotlight will give those who attend a chance to see the Great Hall from a whole new angle, as they will be treated to a four-course meal while seated on the stage. Attire for the evening will be business casual or smart. Wide format printing can be used by a printer to create Banners, custom designed decorations and other items for use during special events such as this.

The event, which is being organized with the help of Pop Up Hamilton, will raise funds for the orchestra’s programs, such as The Rehearsal Experience, Discovery Workshop, Found Sound Workshop, the Seniors Tea and Talk Series, Inside the Music, and HPO at the Library.

The Dine in the Spotlight event is planned for May 3 at the Hamilton Place, located at 10 MacNab Street. Tickets for the evening cost $150 each, with tables of 10 also being available for those who would like one. They can be purchased through the HPO box office by calling 905-526-7756. As well, they can be ordered on the orchestra’s website, which also contain more details about its other performances, events and community outreach and education programs.
