Hamilton celebration to salute one of historys top innovators

Like many other innovators, the achievements of Nikola Tesla were not always recognized during his lifetime. Today, he is lauded as being one history’s most important inventors, and a Hamilton celebration will pay tribute to his creative genius.

The Hamilton Waterworks will be celebrating 160 years of serving the community, and the planned event marking the occasion will include a tip of the hat to Tesla. It will showcase how the community has a history of being on the cutting edge when it comes to adapting to new technology, and a variety of partners and other exhibitors have been invited to participate.

Attendees at the celebration will be able to meet and interact with a variety of players in the area’s hi-tech sector. Everyone from commercial exhibitors to student clubs will be on hand, and there will be displays, a vendor market, food, entertainment and rides on a miniature steam train.

While guests learn about the technology of the past, present and future, they will discover the importance of clean water and how small steps can make a big impact. Promotional products for this sort of occasion can be prepared by a printer, and can be designed to fit into the overall theme of the occasion.

The Tesla Electric City Festival and 160th anniversary of Hamilton's Waterworks will be welcoming the world on September 20th. Admission is free, and everyone in welcome.
