The event welcomes gearheads and auto lovers to display their cars in a classic “show and shine” environment. Enthusiasts often flock to these events as a way to see unusual vintage or custom cars, as well as to meet people with a similar passion. Registrants can get their cars professionally photographed on site. There will also be giveaways and a “car limbo” competition. The October season will also be represented through a pumpkin carving contest and similar events in the lead-up to Halloween, with live music and food vendors creating a festive atmosphere.
Autofest will include a number of vendors appealing to car lovers as well as the general public. The 2024 YFC Oktober Autofest will take place at the Capital Exhibit Centre in Fredericton on the afternoon of October 12, with a rain date on the 13th.
