The Nikkei National Museum and Cultural Centre celebrates the art, food and culture of Japan, and this fall, it will be hosting a temporary community market.
This Burnaby museum’s 20th annual Craft Fair is right around the corner, and the roster for the day is expected to include over 80 artisans. There may still be vendor spaces available for booking during this weekend market.
Local crafters and artisans are encouraged to submit an application to participate in this popular community event, and along with the handmade pieces and other items, pre-packaged baked goods will be welcome. Applicants can choose to set up shop for one day or both, although priority will be given to those who book a space for both days. If there are more applicants than spaces, they will be allotted through a lottery system.
Each of the booth spaces will be able to accommodate a table and two chairs, and if a vendor requires a wheelchair for mobility reasons, they are asked to make the vendors aware of this when they submit their application. Print shops can be counted on to provide a wide selection of materials that can aid an individual or business in making the most of this sort of function.
This year's Nikkei National Museum and Cultural Centre’s annual craft fair is scheduled to pop up in Burnaby on November 14 and 15. It will be open to the general public on both days starting at 10:00 am. Get a Free Quote for Print
