Burnaby will be getting its Halloween fun started a bit early this year thanks to a gathering scheduled for one of its local venues.
The Bosnor Recreation Complex will be providing lots of family friendly thrills and chills with its Bosnor’s Big Boo celebration. It will be an event for parents or guardians and kids to attend together, and no registration is required.
The plans for the evening include time in the Imagination Playground, and everyone can make a creepy craft to take home. Ghostly games are also in the works, and the kids can have their faces painted, colour, munch on some cookies and show off their costume. The party will run for two and half hours, and an admission fee of $2.00 in cash will be accepted at the door. While all ages will be welcome, many of the activities will be geared towards youngsters who are age 10 and under. The doors will open at 6:00 pm.
