This July, it will be time for the BC Hospitality Foundation to tee off in support of its membership in need, and this day of fun will be hosted at a Burnaby area course.
This year will be the 13th for the Foundation’s Golf Tournament, which will be on offer at the Westwood Plateau Golf and Country Club. The presenting sponsor for this year will be Container World, and the funds raised will help those in the hospitality industry who are facing health-related financial hardship.
Once they have checked in for the day, the registrants will be able to socialize, and it will then be time for them to hit the greens. Food and drinks are included in the registration fee, and there will be various contests, as well as a raffle draw and silent auction. Tickets for the occasion will go on offer on March 25th, and they are expected to sell out quickly.
In order to ensure the function is a success, the planners have put out a call to the community seeking volunteers. The 2023 annual BC Hospitality Foundation Golf Tournament will take to the course on July 17th. The day will begin at 9:00 am.
