An event that will bring a touch of Hawaiian sunshine to Burnaby shoppers is approaching, and it will give the public a fun way to support kids in British Columbia who need specialized medical care.
The team at Aloha Kai will be the host for the pop-up Spread the Aloha Market - Holiday Edition, which will combine the winter holiday season with the warmth of a trip to the islands. Admission to the festivities is by donation, and the proceeds will be going to the BC Children’s Hospital.
The guests at the celebration will be treated to samples of Hawaiian food, as well as Polynesian dancing and other cultural activities, and a variety of local small businesses have been invited to set up shop at the event. A silent auction will raise additional funds, and any local companies that feel the function would be a good match for them are invited to apply to participate.
One of the ways the planners of a function like this can build a festive atmosphere is by choosing themed decor, and this may be obtained from an local poster printing company.
The 2021 Spread the Aloha Market - Holiday Edition will be bringing some sunshine to Burnaby on November 6th. Everyone is welcome to add this festive event to their holiday shopping list.
