When it comes to a quick meal, pizza is at the top of the list for many, and a Burnaby expo and conference will point the way to crafting perfect pizza.
The Canadian Pizza Summit is an event for industry insiders such as restaurant owners and operators, employees and caterers. It will be held twice in 2022, and its spring edition will take place in Burnaby.
During the symposium, the attendees will be able to sit in on a workshop, view and try out new equipment and techniques, and meet others who work in the sector. A variety of corporate sponsors will be on hand, and one of the draws will be a competition where pizza makers can put their personal recipes and skills to the test. As there will be lots of networking opportunities, delegates at such events often bring lots of Business Cards to share.
