The Burnaby Board of Trade (BOT) serves as the Chamber of Commerce for the local area, and one of its upcoming events will include remarks from some special guests.
The exclusive Joint Chamber Mixer with the BC Lions will open the month of October, and the attendees will be treated to some Friday night football. Its organizers have said this will be a unique experience, and as the team will take on the Calgary Stampeders, the attendees can count on extra excitement.
The evening will open with a meet and greet where the attendees can network with other members of the BOT. Light snacks will be served, and everyone will receive one drink ticket. A member of the group’s executives will address the crowd, along with a BC Lions executive. There may also be a visit from a BC Lions player or alumni. The Uproar Dance Team and Leo the Lion may also drop by.
