The Windy City Tattoo Show will be blowing back into Lethbridge this September, looking to highlight skin art and alternative culture.
Billed as “The Most Entertaining Show in Lethbridge”, the event will feature over 200 artists in addition to other unique vendors. Participating tattoo businesses include Industry Inks, South Country Gloves, and Deadly North. Visitors can book appointments with artists to get consultations or a live tattoo throughout the weekend. Artists at shows like this often use Business Cards and promotional goods to make permanent connections.
Artists will also be facing off in tattoo competitions. There will be prizes for the top three in a variety of categories, such as Large Color, American Traditional and Geometric/Pointilism. All tattoos must be done by an artist at the show, and can be shown as healed or fresh. There will also be individual awards for the best tattoo of the day each day, with the winner receiving $500 in cash and prizes.
The show will also include live entertainment, with performers like Lulu Adore, Hazzard Girls and Reggie Bugmucher. Musical performances will alternate with on-stage presentations of tattooing awards and live games. Other vendors at the show include Old Prospector Distilling, Hole Lotta Love Body Piercing and Madroot Creations.
The 2026 Windy City Tattoo Show will take place from September 11 to 13 at Excite Lethbridge.
