The Small Business Week Luncheon, presented by the Leduc Regional Chamber of Commerce, is taking place next month.
The luncheon is part of the nationwide celebration of Small Business Week, which is held during the third week in October each year and promoted by BDC. With this year’s Small Business Week held from October 14 to 20, it is designed to illustrate just how important small businesses and entrepreneurs are to the county’s economy. With it being a networking opportunity for Leduc’s business community, no doubt many Business Cards will be exchanged.
There is set to be a panel discussion that will be led by Gregg Becker. Those participating in the panel are Jesse Hill, Dr. Brett Baynes, Don DeLaney, and Karen Wiesner who will be discussing all aspects of being small business owners. They will offer listeners tips, talk about the challenges they face, and pass on lessons they have learned.
It is likely that the majority of Leduc business leaders planning to attend this event will be placing a new business card printing order with their favorite Print shop.
The Small Business Week Luncheon will be held at the Best Western Premier Denham Inn and Suites on October 19 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Tickets are $30 for Leduc Regional Chamber of Commerce members and $40 for nonmembers. Contact the Chamber at 780-986-5454 for more information.
