The anniversary event will feature live demonstrations of pottery and other types of artworks. Visitors can also sample a boutique marketplace with works by local artisans. Visitors can meet and talk with local artists in a preview of the Leduc Art Walk event scheduled for later this year. Artisans and vendors at events like this often use Business Cards and giveaways to make connections.
The first 20 attendees through the door will be entered into a draw to win a free pottery session at the studio. Visitors can also take part in a weekly drop-in session hosted by the Leduc Arts Club or craft seminars aimed at children and newcomers. Advertising for the event aims to welcome a wide array of guests:

The anniversary celebration will also be an open house for the Arts Foundry’s larger galleries, including the March exhibit of pottery and other sculptural work by area artists. The pottery studio was opened in recent years to help cut down on the waitlist for lessons, and holds regular classes for the community.
The Pottery Studio Anniversary Celebration will take place on March 28 at the Leduc Arts Foundry building.
