The Leduc-Nisku Economic Development Association has organized a workshop that will provide participants with more information about CleanTech and how they can make the most from this emerging market.
CleanTech: What Does the Future Hold? will explain the opportunities that exist in this up and coming sector of the economy for oil and gas businesses. A variety of topics will be addressed, including the latest innovations in the field as well as how existing enterprises can position themselves to provide support, manufacturing and other services to this growing industry.
An assortment of professionals who work in the field of clean technology will be taking part, as will those in the gas and oil sector who are currently working to provide supplies and services to clean technology companies. A presentation discussing the Green Youth Program will be given by Gregory Snaith, IRAP and there will also be moderated panel discussion by experts in the field. Digital printing can be used to produce handouts and other materials for those who take part in a workshop like this.
The conference will be held on October 26th at the Best Western Plus Denham Inn and Suites in Leduc, starting at 7:30. Tickets are $40 each.
