Leduc auction to help make the holidays brighter for children

People from Leduc and the surrounding communities have been invited to an event that will combine helping others with an opportunity for those who come out to get all of their holiday shopping done well ahead of time.

The Santa’s Helper Auction will have a large assortment of items available for bidding, many of which have been donated by local merchants and individuals alike. There will also be raffles and other prize draws as well. It has been organized not only to raise funds, but to also be a fun time for all.

Monies collected from the auction and other activities will be used to help make sure that each child in Leduc has a happy holiday season. The funding will stay in Leduc, helping people in the community. It will be used to purchase gifts and fill food hampers for families in need.

The auction has been held every year since it first began back in 1983, and it is organized by the Santa’s Helper Society. Poster printing can be used to create an assortment of effective marketing materials for an event such as this.

December 3 has been set as the day for the event, which will be held Leduc Recreation Centre. The viewing will begin at 10:00, to be followed by the auction at 11:00. Further details can be found on its website.
