The YEG Travel Show will be back in the Leduc area this October, highlighting destinations, tours, and other adventures around the world.
The event will bring representatives of top airlines, cruises, and hotels to Edmonton, with the goal of also attracting travel lovers from nearby areas like Leduc. Attendees will have the chance to discover new destinations, learn about travel trends, and enter draws for over $25,000 worth of prizes, including free flights and hotel stays.
All proceeds from the draws will go towards the Leduc Foodbank, with past events having raised over $15,000 for organizations like Ronald McDonald House Charities Alberta. Exhibitors at travels like this often offer exclusive deals and Promotional Products to help entice customers to attend.
There will also be a number of workshops aimed at travellers and those in the travel industry, such as YEG Travel Deals Workshop with Travel Gurus, How to Plan the Perfect Family Vacation, and Honeymoon & Destination Wedding Planning 101. Confirmed vendors include Westjet Vacations, Atlas Ocean Voyages, and Majestic Resorts. For vendors, the event is presented as a way to both reach new customers and network with other travel professionals and experts. Attendance is free, with discounted parking rates available.
The 2024 Edmonton Travel Show will take place at the Premium Outlet Mall at YEG Airport on the afternoon of October 19.
