Leduc area to nosh on food festival

The NOSH Food Fest will be returning to southern Alberta this March, with Leduc being offered over a hundred vendors with all kinds of food.

NOSH is a local food festival hosted by Kingsley Events, which is best known for the regular Wholly Handmade markets hosted throughout the Edmonton metro area. Vendors are selected through an application process from local restaurants, food trucks, food producers, artisans, and more. Food and beverage vendors regularly featured at Kingsley’s events include Grey Dog Distilling, Chocolate Escapade, and Nanny Jan’s Gourmet Fudge, while announced vendors for this market include Von Slick’s Finishing Touch butter, 1905 Distillery, and Nuts About You.

Admission will be free across the two days of the festival. The festival will include vegan and gluten free options, as well as a variety of products that aims to suit all tastes. Local marketplaces like this provide an opportunity for local foodies to interact directly with makers and vendors, who often provide special sales or Promotional Products to celebrate the occasion.

The NOSH Food Fest is hosted in Sherwood Park and aims to attract food lovers from nearby areas such as Edmonton and Leduc. The festival is hosted a few times a year, with the March being the first edition in 2024.

The spring 2024 NOSH Food Fest will take place at the Strathcona County Community Centre in Sherwood Park on March 2 and 3.
