Edmonton is home to a dynamic group of craft breweries, and those that utilize wood during the beer or cider making process will have a variety of products in the mix as part of a September event.
Barrel Fest will be coming back for 2024, and it will feature both beer and ciders fermented or aged in wooden casks. Along with local offerings, the attendees will have the chance to sample varieties from all across the country, and tickets start at $12.58 each.
The listing for the celebration explained that all of the libations must utilize wood to be included in the lineup, and the makers that produced them will be on hand to provide the pours and meet the ticket holders in person. The function will take place in Ritchie Park, which can be found adjacent to the Ritchie Community League. Each of the 100 ml samples will be $4.00 each.
To thank the public for supporting the activity, each attendee will go home with a specially prepared commemorative Barrel Fest graphic design. Print shops can supply organizers with a variety of options for Promotional Products and other swag.
The 2024 instalment of Barrel Fest will bring the fun to Edmonton on September 14th. All beer and cider fans are on the guest list, and the festivities will get started at 1:00 pm.
