Edmonton foodies will soon be noshing on noodles, thanks to a self-guided celebration that will showcase dishes from all over the world.
The menu for Noodle Mania will boast recipes from Asia, Italy and other areas, and a variety of local eateries will be taking part. The function is being presented to the city by Tasting Plates, and sampling will be the order of the day.
The participants in the activity will find options ranging from chow mein to udon to bucatini. They can visit as many of the eateries on the list as they wish, and both bowls and plates will be served. The ticket holders can go along at their own pace, and they are encouraged to use public transit if possible. Passes will not be available on the day of the activity and may only be reserved online. The price charged will depend on the date they are purchased, and the activity will run for four hours.
A food tour encouraged local residents, as well as visitors, to discover a variety of eateries a city has to offer. Printed maps, lanyards and other custom materials for an activity can be prepared by Print shops.
Noodle Mania will be putting pasta and noodles in the spotlight on March 26th. All ages are welcome, and more information about the festivities is available on its web listing.
