Calgary workshop to welcome first-time homebuyers

Calgary residents who are considering making the plunge into home ownership may find that an upcoming workshop has a lot to offer.

A free information session for first-time homebuyers will be presented by the Getty Group, and it will be filled with actionable tips and advice. Everyone can ask questions, and the function will run for two hours.

The session will explore how it is possible to purchase a home even if they have no down payment saved. They will discover how to take advantage of the booming housing market, and various government grants and other programs will be introduced. There is free parking on site, and beverages will be supplied to the attendees. It has been designed to be especially useful to anyone who is purchasing a home for the first time, and they will be able to meet others who have never bought real estate before and would like to find out more.

A workshop like this offers a way to share a lot of details in a small amount of time. Attendees are sometimes presented with packages of materials crafted by brochure printing companies.

The Getty Group will be offering its First Time Home Buyer Seminar on March 27th. It is scheduled to start at 10:00 am, and it will be taking place at 239 10 Avenue SE in Calgary.
