Choosing food and wine pairings is about to get a lot easier for Calgary foodies who take part in an upcoming class that will introduce the subject to the beginner.
A session that will explore the ins and outs of successful wine and food pairings is being offered by Market Wines - University District, and it is intended to be as fun as it is educational. Seats may be reserved now, and tickets are $18.90 when purchased online.
The learners will be introduced to the various factors that can go into choosing the right wine to accompany a particular meal.
