The Golden Acres Community Market hosts a variety of different events, and one that will feature a holiday flair is on the way for Calgary this November.
Golden Acres Home and Garden Centre is preparing for its first ever Community Market, and it will be filled with unique gift ideas. Admission is free, and it will give small businesses some time in the spotlight.
The vendors that take part in the pop-up will have lots of giftware items to browse through, and there will also be holiday decor items on offer. The current plan is for space to be provided to a not-for-profit group in the community that would like to connect with the public, and food, along with upcycled and handmade goods, will be in the mix as well. Pets are welcome, but they must be under their owners’ control at all times. The venue is accessible to those who require the use of a mobility device.
Small businesses are often important pillars of a community’s economy, and pop-up markets like this offer them a chance to shine. Business card printing services are often utilised for such an occasion.
The first ever holiday Golden Acres Community Market is planned for November 12th and 13th. Any local companies that would like to get involved can learn more on its website.
