Calgary feline fans offered cat cuddles

Calgary’s feline fans may want to save room in their schedule for a day that will attract cat lovers from across the city.

Mid-June will see the Foothills Room at Confederation Park 55+ Activity Centre transformed into a feline-friendly zone for the Cat Cuddling Day, which will be filled with cats that could use a good cuddle. It is intended for those aged 18 and up, and all adults are welcome.

The cats will be a variety of ages, from kittens to seniors, and they will be ready to get lots of petting and attention. The listing for that occasion pointed out that they will be friendly and well socialized, and the function will run for two hours. The facility is accessible to those with mobility issues, and anyone who has questions about this has been asked to call the organizers. There is no admission fee, and the general public may participate.

Local events help to strengthen community bonds, and they can also be a whole lot of fun for the attendees and organizers alike. Flyer printing offers a marketing option that may be well suited to grassroots-level activities.

The Cat Cuddling Day will be on offer on Friday, June 16th. It will be getting started at 11:00 am at 2244 Chicoutimi Drive North West, and it has a scheduled run time of three hours.
