Those who angle for Atlantic salmon know that using the right fly can help land the big fish, and a Calgary event will welcome those who enjoy preparing these pieces of fishing tackle.
The Atlantic Salmon Fly Fishing International 2024 will be welcoming attendees at the Best Western Premier Calgary Plaza Hotel and Conference Centre. It will run for three days. There are single and three day passes available, and separate tickets are available for the scheduled banquet and celebrity auction.
The gathering, which is expected to attract participants from all over the world, and at least 80 fly tyers will be on hand, showing off their skills. They will also share their knowledge of Atlantic salmon, and there will be various activities to engage the young people who come out. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to a charitable cause.
Along with showcasing the talents of the tyers, the function is also intended to serve as a showcase for Calgary and all it has to offer as a tourist destination. Pamphlets and other learning materials for a special event can be prepared by a brochure printing professional, and these can be included in information packages distributed during an event.
The Atlantic Salmon Fly International Calgary 2024 Convention is set to begin on September 13th, and it will wrap up on September 15th. Tickets for the event start at $14.11.
