Calgary evening to offer taste of Mediterranean sun
February can see Calgary enter the deep freeze, but an upcoming event will provide a taste of the Mediterranean to warm up attendees.
Vines & Vistas: A Mediterranean Wine Experience will provide those age 18 and up with the chance to experience the taste of the region. The event will open with a meet and greet with a welcome drink, and while the mix and mingle, the guests will be treated to views of Lake Bonavista.
Sommelier Brad Royale will be sharing his expertise with the guests, and he will present a curated selection of wines. Both wine enthusiasts and those who just enjoy trying something new are welcome, and a four-course meal will be served alongside the beverages. The food will be prepared for the event by Chef Gareth Colville, and tickets start at $175.00 each. This includes fees, taxes and gratuity.
