This New Year’s Eve, Calgary will be partying like it’s 1919 during a celebration that will both ring in 2020 and raise money for a charity that helps those living with kidney disease.
The Sheraton Cavalier Hotel will be rolling the clocks back to the Roaring 20s, and the fun will kick off at 5:30 pm. Guests can arrive before the doors open to mix and mingle, and there will be a bar set up in the lobby for the occasion.
Dinner will be served to the guests at 7:00 pm, and after everyone has enjoyed their meal, they can hit the dance floor. A full night of entertainment will be on offer, including music from a well-known local DJ service. A silent auction will round out the function, and anyone who would like to book a room at a discounted rate is invited to do so.
To help create an authentic Roaring 20s feel, the attendees have been asked to keep this in mind when choosing their attire for the function.
