New estate to feature open space and views

Homebuyers are being given a chance to acquire land near Midland, with views over the Darling Scarp and John Forrest National Park.

The opportunity is being offered by LandCorp in Stage 1B of its Highland Range Estate, which consists of 10 blocks varying in size from 506sqm up to 552sqm. Located in Jane Brook, the release includes some elevated house lots that feature views over the National Park. Prices start at $290,000.

According to Frank Marra, chief executive of LandCorp, the estate provides a number of major benefits, adding:

“Highland Range is a unique prospect for homebuyers: an elevated estate located close to natural parklands and established amenities, with some lots offering spectacular views of the Perth city skyline.”

He said its public open space is generous and the existing community will also be able to take advantage of the parkland. Those who enjoy good food and wine will be delighted in being close to restaurants and wineries in the Swan Valley, a destination which is often included on brochure printing for key tourism bodies.

Marra said Highland Range is a quality development that meets the needs of the area’s growing population. Estate buyers will also be able to take advantage of a special fencing and front garden rebate which is on offer. In addition to the lots in Stage 1B, a range of lots in 1A also remain for sale.

When complete, Highland Range is expected to accommodate an estimated 146 home sites.
