Mindful experience to take place in Midland

Women living in and around Midland who are interested in de-stressing might be keen to attend a breathwork experience to reconnect with themselves and the community.

The Village Athletica is a fitness community that offers a tailored experience for those wanting to get fit. Married couple Thor and Tin Hajnal will be using the space to run a breathwork experience for women in July.

Based in Perth, Thor is a CrossFit athlete, while Tin is a breathwork facilitator and mentor.

The session will start with a welcome and introduction from both, followed by Thor’s workout, which includes strength training. Tin will then guide participants through stretching and post workout restorative breathwork. To conclude, there will be a “Breathwork Journey” that lasts an hour, immediately followed by the closing of the session.

The aim of the session is to help participants feel less stressed, and the organisers are hoping attendees may experience a deeper mental clarity and sense of community.

Events like this are often advertised locally by means of flyer printing.

The Village x The Breath Ritual Experience for Women is taking place on Sunday, 6 July, from 9 am until 12.30 pm. The venue can be found at 84 Railway Parade in Midland. Tickets cost $112.49. No previous experience is necessary, but participants should bring workout clothes, a mat, blanket, journal and water bottle.
