A fashion show dedicated to sustainability will be held in Midland later this year as part of a week-long national event.
Fashionistas who love the planet in Midland can indulge both of their passions in the suburb this spring. As part of Eco Fashion Week Australia (EFWA) 2024, an event called the “Fashion Runway Show – Perth” will take place at the Midland Junction Arts Centre in November.
Local arts hubs involved in nationwide events often reach out to talented poster printing services that can create branded adverts to command attention from the public and entice attendance.
EFWA is the brainchild of Zuhal Kuvan-Mills, a Perth-based visual artist, and since 2017 has annually featured fashion shows, workshops, talks, awards and exhibitions. The upcoming event in Midland will see sustainable clothing designers from all over Australia and overseas showcase their latest creations, while pushing beyond the limits of eco-friendlier fashion with potent storytelling and ingenious new materials.
Anyone in Perth who is committed to being kind to the planet, and who has a love of exceptional design, is invited to attend and enjoy a warm reception. The fashion show will start at 5 pm and end at 10 pm, and every ticket includes canapés and a welcome drink on arrival.
The Fashion Runway Show - Perth will be at the Midland Junction Arts Centre on Friday, November 15. The centre is sited at 276 Great Eastern Highway in Midland.
