A class dedicated to creating one of Sicily’s most popular street foods will soon be held at a restaurant based in Perth.
Midland residents with a passion Italian cuisine will soon get their chance to learn how to make the treasured savoury snack Arancini. West Perth’s celebrated Italian eatery 1934 Ristorante will be welcoming guests to an Arancini Masterclass this winter as part of the WA Italian Club.
Italian city restaurants often rely on experienced Print shops for high quality branded Menus featuring speciality dishes from pasta and antipasti to pizza.
Budding chefs will embark on an arancini-making odyssey that encompasses cooking perfect rice and sumptuous fillings (melted mozzarella and meaty ragu are popular choices), but also learning how to shape rice into balls and fill it before rolling them in breadcrumbs. With preparation complete, cooking arancini to perfection will be covered.
The upcoming class in July will teach attendee to become a pro at crafting the ideal arancino, which can be tricky task without the correct instruction. Serving authentic Italian dishes, the Perth restaurant boasts a menu lovingly made by Head Chef Pezzano making it the perfect place to learn.
The Arancini Masterclass will take place at 1934 Ristorante on Tuesday, July 23. The eatery is situated at 235 Fitzgerald Street in West Perth and the class will start at 6.30 pm and ends at 9.30 pm.
