Costumed ball to come to Midland

Midland is welcoming an evening of music and dancing with a high-fantasy theme in spring.

Midland Town Hall is inviting all in the suburb to take part in an evening of grandeur and magic later this year. November will see the respected civic building host a “High Fantasy Themed Ball” that comes with a special dress code.

Events with rules on attire often use poster printing services to create informational notices listing guidelines for guests

Those attending the upcoming ball, which will be presided over by the “High Queen”, should wear formal wear (black tie for gentlemen and ballgowns for ladies) with added claws, wings or fangs as they please. Prop weapons that are made from soft foam can also be carried by guests.

The fully licensed bar is serving a selection of wines, beers, cider and cocktails, and tickets include a free drink. Canape platters will be served, featuring substantial eats and bite-size nibbles alike, as well as special dessert canapes after 9.30 pm. Music on the night will be performed by the Jarrah Celts.

The High Fantasy Themed Ball will be held at Midland Town Hall on Saturday, November 2. Doors will open to the ball at 5.45 pm, and the Town Hall is located at 312 Great Eastern Highway in Midland. The event is only suitable for those aged 18 and over.
