Swan Valley, near Midland, will again be presenting Entwined in the Valley over the long weekend in November.
An annual event, it is an opportunity to enjoy food and wine, musical entertainment, experience culture and take part in workshops.
Various events and activities will be on the menu, including the main event, which is a dinner created by Anna Polyviou, known as the ‘Punk Princess of Pastry’. Joining her will be local restaurant chefs Kiren Mainwaring from Co-op Dining and Hadleigh Troy from Restaurant Amusé to present a dining extravaganza.
Other events include an Asparagus Masterclass which can be enjoyed at the Edgecombe Brothers Winery, allowing visitors to explore the asparagus patch, pick their own produce and cook it themselves, then enjoy the results over a glass of wine. Shanks and Shiraz will be on offer at Lancaster Wines, and guests can unwind with musical entertainment while sampling a selection of local and imported cheese at the Cheese Barrel.
Country music can be enjoyed at a Houghton Hoedown, and there is an opportunity to watch a demonstration of the making of sparkling wine while enjoying the product at Harris Organic Wines. Riverbank Estate Jazz will allow visitors to be entertained by Catherine Summers as she sings music styles ranging from Edith Piaf to Adele.
Banner printing is no doubt promoting the event, which will be held from 10:00 am each day from Friday, November 4 to Sunday, November 6.
