Midland is set to host a popular market for arts and crafts.
Described by organisers as “Perth’s Best Design Market”, Perth Upmarket is not only the largest arts and crafts event in the Western Australian capital, but was also among the first ever held.
The large-scale market gathers together more than 180 of city’s most gifted gourmets, artists, craftsmen and designers beneath a single roof of one of the University of Western Australia’s main halls. This affords attendees of the market with easy access to a wide range of bespoke and personalised products, enabling them to browse for hours or pick up gifts for friends and family. Artists and small businesses selling products at local markets can depend on business card printing services to create professional calling cards to help their networking efforts.
Hand-picked gourmets will also be offering a wide range of food and drink onsite, with samples to tempt the taste buds and snacks and beverages to take home.
Those attending who are in need of an ATM will find three cash machines conveniently located on site. Offering free entrance to all, the well-known design market also provides free parking for those coming by car.
Perth Upmarket will be held at the University of Western Australia’s Winthrop Hall on 35 Stirling Highway in Nedlands, Midland on Sunday, September 19 from 10am until 4pm.
