Crown Melbourne, located in Southbank, will be hosting the 2020 Victoria HR Leadership Summit in February.
Due to economic changes and modernisation in technology, changes also need to occur in how leaders in HR (Human Resources) recruit candidates, upskill employees, transform ways of working to meet workforce needs, and create a positive and attractive working environment.
The Victoria HR Leadership Summit is one of several similar events held in Queensland, Western Australia, New South Wales, Singapore and New Zealand. The event will have presentations from HR leaders in various industries - banking, energy, motoring, sport and local government. Through keynote presentations, these C-level executives will share their experience and knowledge in tackling the changing work environment and the diversity in the workforce. There will be time to interact with presenters through informative discussions of topics.
It is expected that the event will be attended by over 120 HR leaders in Victoria with attendees being employed in various roles. Thus, the event will not only allow for learning, but also networking. Flyer printing is typically used to encourage and promote events targeted towards a specific business function.
The Victoria HR Leadership Summit will take place on 18th and 19th February form 8am to 5pm at the Crown Melbourne located on Whiteman Street. The venue is within walking distance to the nearest tram stop and a short walk from Flinders Street and Southern Cross Stations.
