Next month will see The Palms in Southbank hosting Ricki-Lee for a live concert.
Ricki-Lee is an Australian pop star who rose to fame in 2004 after appearing on the TV show, ‘Australian Idol’. Since then, Ricki-Lee has been nominated for the ARIA award for singing and song writing. At present, she has sold over one million records.
Ricki-Lee will be celebrating her 15-year singing career with a two hour concert at The Palms, located in the Crown. The concert will be split into two parts, with the first part of the show having her singing feature songs from the Oscar-nominated movie ‘A Star is Born’. In the subsequent part of the show, the audience will see her singing some older hits from her days on Australian Idol such as ‘I Have Nothing’ and ‘Proud Mary’ as well as some of her own music.
Banner printing is used by promoters of events such as this to raise awareness and sell tickets. Demand for this event is expected to be high, so purchasing tickets early is essential.
The Crown is close to the tram stop on Queen Street and has a multi-level car park. It is important to note that The Palms is a strictly adults-only venue.
Ricki-Lee’s concert will be held on Friday 13th December at 7:30pm and will last for two hours.
