Melbourne Southbank residents and visitors can now enjoy drinks and dining outdoors at Riverside Quay, a Mirvac development.
As part of the al fresco dining experience, there will be a collection of pop-ups running along the Yarra River. The initiative is in partnership with the City of Melbourne to motivate Melbournians to revisit the city as lockdown restrictions are eased with attractive dining options along the riverside. Such community initiatives can be promoted to a wide target audience via the usage of printing services, including Posters, Flyers and Direct Mail.
The pop-ups, built by Spacecube, will extend the outdoor area of five of Mirvac’s dining institutions, which consist of Left Bank, Hopscotch, Ludlow, Soho and Breslin. Diners can enjoy burgers, craft beer, cocktails, European cuisine and much more while enjoying riverside and city views at the Riverside Quay.
All of the restaurants have outdoor heating to accommodate the unpredictable Melbourne weather. With the introduction of the outdoor dining space, restaurant owners can seat more patrons whilst obeying regulations imposed by the state government for the pandemic.
Riverside Quay is easily accessible from Flinders Street station and via a number of tram routes along St Kilda Road. Cheap and convenient parking is also available by Wilson Parking at the Riverside Quay Car Park for $5 on the weekends.
The al fresco dining in Melbourne Southbank will run every day until 30th March, from 7am to midnight.
