Caulfield is set to host this year’s 28th VCE Careers Expo in April and May.
As one of the largest education and careers expos in Victoria, it offers useful resources and information to VCE students who are seeking direction and advice for their future.
More than 170 exhibitors will descend on Caulfield Racecourse in the hopes of promoting their organisations and institutions to enthusiastic students. The exhibitors will provide students with valuable information such as career and study advice, pathways and courses on offer, traineeship and apprenticeship advice, employment tips and opportunities as well as international exchange programs and options for those wishing to take a gap year.
Specific seminars are also offered to students covering relevant topics relating to VCE subjects including Maths, English, Psychology, Biology, Business Management, Health and Human Development. There are also seminars focusing on careers, tertiary study and employment opportunities.
Seminars have limited spaces and are on a first come, first serve basis. Students are encouraged to take notes during seminars, however, they are not permitted to make recordings of the presentations. Organisers of events such as this often make use of printing services to create handouts for participants.
The VCE Careers Expo is a popular event for students to network and collect Promotional Products and Brochures outlining information in their chosen field of interest. The expo takes place at Caulfield Racecourse from Thursday 30th April to Sunday 3rd May from 9am to 3pm. Tickets are available online or at the venue.
