John James is a folk singer/songwriter with genres that bridge R&B and alternative rock, with a sound likened to artists such as Radiohead, Bon Iver and Nick Drake. He aims to try and understand the world through his music, as well as using it to explore his own introspection.
Three of his hits have appeared on Spotify and Apple Playlists. His is first single WAKE appeared on Apple Music’s First playlist. It was also included on Indigitube’s First Sounds Volume 5, a platform representing First Nations artists.
The tracks FLY and SEA appeared on Spotify’s Original Storytellers playlist, with SEA also featuring on Spotify’s Chilled Afternoon playlist.
According to Artist Bookings, a recent audience member said:
“Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to John James for joining us, everyone really enjoyed his music. He was very gracious and friendly, and we all enjoyed chatting with him throughout the evening.”
Gallery spaces provide ample areas advertising, so local poster printing is something that might be undertaken for promotional purposes.
