Small business owners in Caulfield, Victoria have been invited to attend a special series of Small Business 2016 workshops taking place next month.
Hosted by Glen Eira Council, the event features workshops and seminars designed to provide information, ideas, and strategies to help small business owners achieve growth and success in the local area.
According to a Council spokesman, this year’s diverse programme, themed `Peeling Back the Layers’, makes it a must-attend event on many small business owners’ Calendars.
He said helping businesses reevaluate, review and seek out efficient ways of operating and looking for new opportunities was a key focus of the workshops and seminars.
The spokesman explained that creating time to examine a business’ operation was an important process in every business’ life cycle, and that sifting through the layers of its daily operation and exploring areas previously left unattended were vital to its future success.
He added that the series was a unique opportunity to explore innovative and creative solutions and ideas, as well as build skills to boost business to a stronger position within the marketplace in the future.
The series will feature a number of themes, including Search Engine Optimisation on July 6, Make Talent an Investment Priority on July 14, and Customer Insights and How to Act On Them on July 18.
Glen Eira Town Hall in Caulfield will host the events.
