Learn to live and work positively in Caulfield

Caulfield business owners and residents looking to get 2016 off to a good start can find out more about how to better integrate their work and personal life at a new seminar this month.

The talk will be hosted by Fiona Redding, founder of The Happiness Hunter project. Redding is a business coach who works with small and medium size business owners to help them develop strategies for growing their companies while maintaining space for a personal life, as well as helping firms create policies to improve their employees’ wellbeing.

The Happiness Hunter is an online and in-person community that acts as a support network for business owners across Melbourne. Members can attend regular discussion walks, as well as mentoring sessions and courses.

During the evening, Redding will discuss how to live with purpose and to integrate all the different aspects of life, including mental and physical wellbeing, business and personal relationships.

Business owners thinking about attending might also like to take along a few Business Cards in case they meet someone from another company who could help them develop their company or outsource some work, or to swap details for future meetings with Fiona.

The talk will take place on Thursday, January 28 at 7:00 pm at the Caulfield Park Pavilion. The event is free, but bookings must be made in advance through the council.
