Japanese cooking class comes to Victoria

Victoria is set to host a masterclass in Japanese cuisine.

Food fanatics in nearby areas like Caulfield, Malvern and Camberwell who are keen to broaden their culinary skillset may be interested in the one-off masterclass in Japanese cooking taking place in Richmond. During the class, Victorian residents who appreciate hands-on learning can get practical and learn how to create authentic Japanese cuisine.

Well-respected around the world for its simplicity and freshness, Japanese cooking works best when fresh seasonal produce is used. After refreshments, those taking part in the class will learn new insights into the most suitable ingredients and will have an expert cooking lesson from a professional Otao chef.

Those running courses and classes can sometimes use brochure printing services to create informative Booklets that can be displayed in local community centres, such as libraries, to attract members of the public to participate.

In a social kitchen environment, those attending will witness new chopping and cooking techniques in a specialist demonstration, along with masterful presentation tips so they can replicate these traditional dishes at home. The lesson will conclude with all participants enjoying an informal and relaxed dining experience, enjoying the selection of Japanese food they have created.

The Japanese cooking class will be held at 360 Victoria Street in Richmond on September 25 between 2pm and 5pm. All tickets for the workshop are priced at $185 per person.
