This month is the last chance for female entrepreneurs in Caulfield and the City of Glen Eira to network in 2015.
The Women’s Business Network is holding its grand finale event for the year later this month, with guest speaker Dr. Sally Cockburn discussing how to get 2016 off to a great start.
Dr. Cockburn is a general practitioner and also a well-known campaigner for health improvements, and has spent 25 years in the media presenting television and radio shows. She also writes a health column in ‘Girlfriend’, a magazine for teenage girls. She was inducted into the Victorian Women’s Honour Roll in 2010 for her work in spreading health messages through the media.
At the Women’s Business Network evening, she will be talking about how to be successful while still finding time to have a life outside of work, and how to make time to look after personal wellbeing as well as a business’ health.
Although it is the last event of the year, there could still be some good networking opportunities so anyone attending should still make sure they have a few digital Business Cards on hand and up to date in case they want to share their details.
The event will be held on Thursday, November 19, at Glen Eira Town Hall. Places must be booked in advance through the council.Get a Free Quote for Business Cards
