Chance to network for businesswomen in the Glen Eira area

Businesswomen from Caulfield are being invited to learn more about embracing change this month.

Change and how to deal with it is the focus of February’s Women in Business network meeting, which will be led by guest speaker Bernadette McClelland.

Bernadette is a former sales executive with Xerox Australia who now runs her own company, specialising in helping businesses reach their goals and successfully manage change.

During the evening, she will discuss how to recognise when changes need to be made, and to identify what they are. She will also offer some ideas about making those changes on a practical level.

As well as a chance to learn new skills, the meetings are also a good place to meet new clients and strengthen business relationships. Attendees should think about making a fresh business card printing order, so they can easily pass on their contact details and create a great first impression.

The event is set to take place on Thursday, February 19th at the Glen Eira Town Hall in Caulfield, and gets underway at 6.30pm. Reservations must be made by Monday, February 16th, and participants are asked to wear a colour either as part of their outfit or as an accessory. For more information on the meeting and its host, see Glen Eira City Council’s website.
