Caulfield racecourse has scheduled an event that will give residents and visitors a chance to warm up this winter.
After the success of last year’s inaugural event, Whisky, Wine and Fire will again be combining fine spirits and wines with fire-driven food to create a warming winter experience.
Some of the best Australian distillers and winemakers will be offering their finest products, from warming whisky creations to boutique shiraz and hot cocktails. A feast to accompany the warming beverages will be provided by a selection of pop-up restaurants, all using fire and smoke to prepare delicious fare to suit all tastes and diets.
There will also be a range of entertainment to complement the feasting, with live music, talks from the experts in distilling and wine-making and a fire sculpture garden to create theatre and excitement. The event can be a good way for people to get cosy on a chilly Melbourne winter weekend.

Whisky Wine and Fire will be held on Thursday 18th July and will continue until Sunday 21st July. The event will start at 5:30pm on Thursday and Friday and 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets cost $16.50 and can be purchased online.
