US songstress to play Broadmeadows area

Melbourne will soon welcome back a world-famous American singer-songwriter as part of her ongoing world tour.

Music lovers from Broadmeadows, and other suburbs of Melbourne who missed Belinda Carlisle’s last visit to the city, will get another chance this November. The acclaimed artist will be playing the Crown Melbourne casino as part of her continuing “Decades” tour which celebrates her 35 years in the music industry as a solo performer.

Concertgoers planning to visit the casino should be mindful that the Palms at Crown requires its guests to adhere to a smart casual dress code. Venues like casinos often look to experienced printing services to create branded signage which is styled to match their interior decor.

Carlisle’s musical adventures began back in 1978 with prolific pop band the Go-Go’s, who enjoyed overnight success with hits like “Our Lips are Sealed” and “We Got The Beat”. The US singer than launched a solo career which has been celebrated by critics and fans alike, catapulting her onto the world stage as a performer.

Those attending the upcoming concert in Melbourne will get a chance to hear beloved songs from Carlisle which may include “Circle in the Sand”, “Leave a Light on” and “Heaven is a Place on Earth”.

Belinda Carlisle will now perform live on stage at The Palms at Crown on Thursday 16th November. The venue can be found on Level 3 of the Crown Melbourne, at 8 Whiteman Street in Melbourne’s Southbank, and the event kicks off at 6:45pm.
