Wiggles couple Lachlan Gillespie and Emma Watkins have put their newly renovated apartment in Wollstonecraft, near St. Leonards, New South Wales up for sale.
The purple and yellow Wiggle married in April 2016 and have owned the home for three years. It’s based within an apartment block that dates back to about 1896.
Constant touring and travel with the iconic Australian kid’s music group, for which Promotional Products are in big demand, has sparked the move to sell the home, according to Lachlan and Emma.
The 184 sq m apartment, according to Real Estate agent Desiree Hough, has been personally styled by Emma whose special touches are both gorgeous and unique and have truly enhanced the home’s period character.
The home, bought for $1.395 million by the couple in June 2014 according to CoreLogic RPData records, has been listed as ideal for young families or those wishing to downsize.
Hough said the English-style apartment is one of four in the building and provides glimpses of the water, bridge and city skyline, is also located a short walk from the local train station.
According to Emma Watkins, the couple spends too much time on the road and not enough at home to enjoy its many attractions.
The listing, located at 3/46 Shirley Road, is being jointly handled by Hough and Stone’s McMahons Point’s Annika Bongiorno.
Meanwhile, the Wiggles are heading to venues around the country on a special Wiggles Around Australia tour.Get a Free Quote for Promotional Products
