St. Leonards pop fans to enjoy US duo

A two-man rock-infused pop group from America is set to appear onstage in Sydney later this year.

Acclaimed New South Wales music venue the Roundhouse will present The Driver Era this September, allowing fans from St. Leonards and other suburbs to see them play. Celebrated venues like concert halls and stadiums, as well as pubs and coffee shops that host live music events, often use specialist flyer printings services to advertise upcoming bands and attractions.

Comprised of brother Ross and Rocky Lynch, The Driver Era have been impressing critics and audience members alike since they debuted with the hit single “Preacher Man”. Combing heavy piano sounds with vocal stylings that range from soulful to feral, they have become world-renowned for their distinctive and unpredictable pop music.

The duo’s music has been described as featuring gospel-like intensity with rock’n’roll energy to create tracks that are both classic and contemporary. The brothers were both former band members of the five-piece band R5, whose self-produced release New Addictions was lauded by Rolling Stone Magazine.

Along with performing in The Driver Era, Ross Lynch is also known for his acting skills, including a leading role in hit Netflix show “The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina”.

The Driver Era will now play at the Roundhouse, located at Anzac Parade in Sydney, on Saturday, September 24.
