St Leonards families will be able to celebrate Mother’s Day with a picnic in the park as the Sunset Series returns to St Leonards Park for its final concert of 2025. The free event features live music, kids activities and creative workshops, as the community gathers for a picnic in a friendly-friendly atmosphere.
The concert will be headlined by powerhouse vocalist Thando, performing her unique fusion of R&B, funk and modern soul. She’ll be supported by internationally acclaimed singer Natalie Slade. Families can enjoy the music as the kids are entertained by a range of interactive creative workshops and sports demonstrations or relax with a picnic from the selection of food trucks.
St Leonards Sunset Series is a series of three concerts throughout autumn, bringing the community together with good music, food and entertainment to enjoy the last of the warm weather. This series of free events are organised by the Northern Sydney council to celebrate community spirit in a relaxed atmosphere.
Community events like this often make use of banner printing services to display information in the outdoor space, listing performance and workshop information, directing attendees to different areas or facilities, or displaying event sponsors around the venue.
The final concert in the Sunset Series will take place in St Leonards Park on Mother’s Day, May 11th, from 2pm to 6pm.
