An evening of select wines matched with fine French cuisine will soon be held at a restaurant in Sydney.
St. Leonards gourmands who love wining and dining in the city can book a luxury experience in nearby Sydney this autumn. The French bistro Monopole is inviting food and wine enthusiasts to join it for a special pairing event this coming March. Titled “La Reserve Wine Dinner at Monopole” the occasion will pair a choice of Australian and European wines perfectly with French cuisine.
The premium dining event is joint presented by Oceania Cruises and Wine Selector. Presenters of elite occasions like tastings and pairings often work with respected brochure printing services to create high-end Booklets that explain the itinerary of experiences to interested parties.
Over three hours, guests can enjoy a four-course menu created by the Bentley Group team’s revered Chef Brent Savage with wine selected by Sommelier extraordinaire Nick Hildebrandt. Pairings include Chablis, Champagne, Chardonnay, Barolo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Beaujolais.
The wine has been chosen to reflect the beautiful locations in Europe visited by the fleet of Oceania Cruises, and the evening is hosted by wine connoisseur, Paul Diamond.
The La Reserve Wine Dinner at Monopole is happening on Thursday, March 27. The bistro can be found at 20 Curtin Place in Sydney, and the event begins at 6.30 pm. Tickets for the evening are priced between $185 and $195.Get a Free Quote for Booklets
