St Leonards area to celebrate Australian chefs

An upcoming competition coming to Sydney will see professional chefs compete against one another in a culinary challenge.

Expert chefs from St Leonards and other suburbs of the city won’t want to miss an upcoming competition in Sydney. Entitled Chef of the Year, the October event is the peak event for Australia’s professional chefs. Promoters of major food events across the country seeking participants often enlist a professional poster printing service to produce branded advertisements they can post in prominent places.

For three days, entrants will test their creativity skills against the clock, along with their ingenuity and skills. Each chef receives a box containing mystery ingredients and has just a single hour to prepare a dish for a panel of chefs. The winner will be selected to compete in the national finals and have the chance to become Australia’s Chef of the Year.

The competition will run alongside Foodservice Australia, the annual nationwide event designed for cafes, caterers, restaurants, and food retailers and will take place at one of the world’s most acclaimed exhibition and events venues, the International Convention Centre (ICC) Sydney.

The Chef of the Year event will take place at ICC Sydney, which is located at 14 Darling Drive, in Sydney, New South Wales. The competition will start on Sunday, October 23 and end on Tuesday, October 25, running from 10:00am to 5:00pm each day.
